BJAK is seeking applied AI engineers to build AI-native systems for its AI Neobank app. This role focuses on building practical AI solutions to automate workflows, enhance products, reduce manual tasks, and simplify financial services for users and internal teams. Requirements
- Hands-on engineering ability, with a focus on building rather than just AI strategy or management.
- Experience in building AI agents, LLM applications, RAG systems, automation workflows, copilots, or AI-enabled tools.
- Strong coding proficiency in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or a similar practical stack.
- Good judgment regarding automation decisions.
- Ability to ship working systems, test quality, and improve reliability over time.
- Strong English communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Fintech, banking, support automation, risk, KYC, fraud, CRM, or operations automation experience.
Responsibilities
- Build AI agents, workflows, tools, and automations to address customer, product, and operational challenges.
- Apply LLMs, retrieval, tool calling, evaluations, and guardrails to practical financial workflows.
- Create AI-assisted experiences for areas such as onboarding, customer support, KYC, risk review, CRM, operations, document handling, and product intelligence.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify valuable building opportunities, develop solutions rapidly, and iterate on them in production.
- Design AI systems considering real-world constraints including accuracy, hallucination risk, latency, cost, security, compliance, and user trust.
- Transform manual processes into scalable and reliable AI-enabled systems.
