Requirements

Translate business needs into practical AI solutions; build and optimize workflows, automations, and tools; analyze data and AI outputs; collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams while driving adoption and continuous improvement
3–6 years in applied AI, automation, analytics engineering, or internal tools development, with hands-on experience building AI-driven workflows, dashboards, or lightweight applications and working with platforms like ChatGPT, Copilot, APIs, and structured data systems
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

Turn ideas into action quickly—prototyping, testing, and refining solutions based on real user feedback and adoption signals
Create reusable templates, prompts, and frameworks that enable teams to scale AI usage across the organization
