Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical, electronic, or mechanical engineering.
  • Experience in electric drafting of wiring diagrams
  • Proficient in reading technical specifications
  • Proficient in power electronics and programmable logic
  • Able to effectively communicate formally to customers
  • Ability to use experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Ability to multitask
  • Reflect a certain degree of creativity and latitude for problem-solving and decision making
  • Requires proficiency in electronic circuit analysis and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for troubleshooting the products deployed in the field used by installing contractors.
  • Have a deep understanding of electrical circuits and programable software functions.
  • Manage escalation, provide accurate quotes, and engineer and draft modifications, to ensure issues are resolved in a timely fashion.
  • An ASE must be able to prioritize and manage multiple open issues.
  • Follow best engineering practices and design standards.
