Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical, electronic, or mechanical engineering.
- Experience in electric drafting of wiring diagrams
- Proficient in reading technical specifications
- Proficient in power electronics and programmable logic
- Able to effectively communicate formally to customers
- Ability to use experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Ability to multitask
- Reflect a certain degree of creativity and latitude for problem-solving and decision making
- Requires proficiency in electronic circuit analysis and AutoCAD.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for troubleshooting the products deployed in the field used by installing contractors.
- Have a deep understanding of electrical circuits and programable software functions.
- Manage escalation, provide accurate quotes, and engineer and draft modifications, to ensure issues are resolved in a timely fashion.
- An ASE must be able to prioritize and manage multiple open issues.
- Follow best engineering practices and design standards.
