About The Position

The law offices of Marshall Dennehey, a leading defense firm, is seeking an Applications Specialist for its Philadelphia, PA office. This role demonstrates a commitment to customer success by addressing application-related issues across the Firm, collaborating with other IT Teams and communicating with users to resolve incidents and improve service delivery. The specialist will maintain the Firm’s third party applications and software, including testing and piloting new software, and will maintain, package, and update existing software applications via SCCM and/or Group Policy. Responsibilities also include assisting with document management and administrative tasks, documenting and updating software installation processes, troubleshooting issues, analyzing systems, auditing or verifying data, and evaluating current software. The role provides technical expertise in the development and execution of all IT systems and assists Firm staff with needed support. Additional duties include coordinating with departments, preparing technical reports, performing other related duties as assigned, providing after-hours support on a rotation basis, and potentially traveling to other offices for large IT firm-wide projects. Regular in-office attendance is required.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows 10.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum three years of direct experience installing and testing applications.
