About The Position

This is a full-time position eligible for a qualified candidate in Warfordsburg, PA. The job scope entails equipment selection, aggregate flow analysis, drafting and conceptual proposal development, equipment and plant quote preparation, assistance with equipment/plant startups, and participation in plant optimization studies. This job requires knowledge and skills in several different fields such as crushing, screening, and conveying.

Requirements

• Knowledge of industry terminology for equipment, parts, and processes
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to use 2D/3D CAD software, AutoCAD/Inventor preferred
• Ability to use process simulation software, including AggFlow and/or Bruno
• Ability to use Microsoft Office applications and other software
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and pre-employment physical

Nice To Haves

• Two to three years of related experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain expert level of product knowledge and application
• Travel to customer sites for bid proposal discussions
• Perform field measuring duties, along with gathering survey data
• Listen, understand, and convey customer requirements
• Perform aggregate flow analyses and plant optimization studies, while making recommendations
• Develop conceptual drawings
• Produce scopes of work for contractor bid purposes, including concrete/construction/electrical
• Develop internal cost estimates and bid proposals for external customers
• Basic timeline and schedule development
• Form and maintain relationships with both vendors and customers
• Maintain an overall safe work environment
• Maintain and understand internal estimate form
• Assist contract crushing and rental divisions
• Perform other duties as assigned
