Requirements

Engineering background or equivalent education, with proven experience in technical roles (Some examples: Field / Service / Mechanical Engineer, Project Manager, Product Manager, Application Engineer)
Fundamental thermo-dynamic knowledge
Fluent English language skills
Good knowledge of ERP and CRM systems and the MS Office suite
Distinct customer orientation
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Very distinctive persuasive power and negotiation skills
Distinct problem-solving skills
Systematic way of working
High degree of flexibility and resiliency
Valid driver’s license
Readiness for extensive travel
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience of working in an engineering field.
Advanced knowledge of heat transfer technology.
Knowledge of selection/sizing programs.
Intermediate knowledge of computer technology and programs.
Advanced communicative skills required.

Nice To Haves

White space cooling and heat rejection of Datacenters a plus.

Responsibilities

You’re the internal interface between sales, R&D, product development and production from the initial enquiry to acceptance by the customer and are also intensively involved in communication with our customers
Providing comprehensive technical and commercial support in a timely and professional manner
Utilize all tools available including sizing programs to correctly match the division’s products to meet or exceed the customer’s requirements.
Actively participating in defining and evaluating target prices
Analyzing the market development for our products and contribute to the further development of our markets
Planning and following up visits to customers and trade shows
Maintaining quotation, customer, and order data in our CRM system
Adhere to all quality requirements that are inside of the Quality Management system
