About The Position

Analyzes complex system requirements and designs reusable software tools and subsystems while overseeing implementation, estimating delivery effort, and improving existing programs. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Requirements

  • Ten (10) years of relevant experience
  • BA/BS in a technical discipline
  • Duty-based. Required before starting work if performing IA functions or privileged system-administration duties; exact category is not specified.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience engineering and integrating AI/ML applications in AWS or comparable cloud environments.
  • Experience developing applications that ingest and process data, infrastructure logs, application logs, and transaction records.
  • Experience integrating AI/ML models with enterprise applications, interfaces, and operational workflows.
  • Experience designing APIs, web services, batch interfaces, and utility integrations.
  • Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform or comparable API-management and integration platforms.
  • Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Experience supporting development, test, production, and deployment environments.
  • Experience with software configuration management, release control, and configuration-item baselines.
  • Experience producing formal specifications, data-flow diagrams, interface designs, and detailed technical documentation.
  • Experience developing scalable, highly available applications with authentication, monitoring, and dashboard capabilities.
  • Experience implementing Section 508-compliant web capabilities.
  • Experience supporting unit, interface, integration, regression, performance, security, and acceptance testing.
  • Experience troubleshooting production applications, implementing hot fixes, and resolving integration or performance issues.
  • Experience with AWS GovCloud or DoD Impact Level 5 environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with EDI X12, XML, SQL databases, and high-volume transaction processing is preferred.
