The 15.4 NPI Applications team is at the forefront of bringing Silicon Labs' latest wireless technologies to market. Working directly with leading IoT customers and internal product teams, the team helps accelerate adoption of technologies such as Zigbee, Thread, and Matter while influencing the evolution of Silicon Labs' wireless solutions through real-world customer feedback. As part of the Wireless NPI organization, the team operates at the intersection of customers, engineering, and product management. Team members play a key role in enabling successful product launches, solving complex technical challenges, and driving strategic design wins that shape the future of connected devices.
