About The Position

This role is a pre- and post-sales Applications Engineer supporting our client's products. It is intended as an entry-level to early-career role with strong growth potential. Responsibilities include handling 60-70% customer interaction via calls, emails, presentations, internal support, and technical research. The role involves supporting sales teams with technical expertise during customer conversations, providing post-sales support including install guidance and troubleshooting (which may include site visits), and conducting root cause analysis, field support, and occasional global travel to the Middle East, Europe, Asia, and North America. In the first 3 months, the successful candidate will learn corrosion basics, cathodic protection, flange specifications, and product design fundamentals, supported by on-the-job and other training efforts. The role offers growth towards autonomous customer-facing work, presentations, and potential future paths in sales engineering, product management, or R&D/product development.

Responsibilities
