About The Position

Ericsson Inc. seeks an Applications Developer in Plano, TX; Hybrid work policy w/in commuting distance, who will serve to deliver comprehensive application development support activities. This role involves implementing support for complex change modes, contributing to the resolution of incidents through restorative support, aiding in problem management support, analyzing the impact of requests for change, and driving application specification analysis and design. The position operates under a hybrid work policy within commuting distance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) or a related field and 2 years of experience in Enterprise Application Support Engineering in the Telecommunications field.
  • 2 years of experience to include: Incident, Problem, Change Management, Change Impact Analysis, & Application Specification & Design
  • Python
