About The Position

Architects/participate in designing, planning, coordinating, developing, and implementing windows based on web-based software applications. Oversees and/or assists in the building and maintenance of server software based on departmental and company needs. Develops software documents, users’ manuals, and instructs end-users in the usage of newly developed applications. Evaluates usage of existing systems and recommend changes to increase system usage and functionality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; or six (6) years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Database software knowledge.
• Design software knowledge.
• Development software knowledge.
• Internet software knowledge.
• Spreadsheet software knowledge.
• Word Processing software knowledge.
• Valid driver's license with a driving history verified through a motor vehicle report that meets the requirements for Cherokee Nation underwriting rating.
• Must not be under sanction by the United States Department of Health and Human Services Office of the Inspector General (OIG) or by the General Services Administration (GSA) or listed on the OIG's Cumulative Sanction Report, or the GSA's List of Excluded Providers, or listed on the OIG's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
