About The Position

This role is responsible for ensuring the correct stain is applied to products and removed without build-up or rag marks. The associate will read product labels to confirm stain accuracy, check products for defects, and pass color tests using color panels for accurate matching. Additionally, the role involves operating tanks at correct pressure, performing preventative maintenance, and adhering to safety and environmental policies.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in painting, spray application, or industrial finishing processes.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new situations quickly.
• Able to interact with diverse groups of people.
• Must have a positive attitude.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently.
• Able to effectively use problem solving skills.
• Meet the physical demands of the job.
• Understand the effects of the equipment on finish application.
• Able to apply multiple types of finish materials to a variety of products.

• High School Degree or GED

Responsibilities
