The Applications Architect is responsible for ensuring these platforms function both independently and as part of a cohesive technology ecosystem. This role oversees how systems connect, how data flows between departments, and how technology is configured and utilized across the organization. The position ensures that software platforms are fully implemented, optimized for operational needs, and consistently used by staff to support Microbac’s business objectives. The role also leads process mapping, workflow optimization, and documentation to ensure that systems and operational processes remain aligned as the organization evolves.
