The position details are given below: Job Details: Job ID: RQ11250 - Applications Architect - Senior Client : Government Services Integration Cluster Location : 222 Jarvis St, Toronto, Ontario Duration: 01 year + Extension Type: Onsite Job Description: Experience and Skill Set Requirements: Comprehensive experience of Advice and expertise- Identifies architecture requirements and leads development of architecture solutions for large scale, multi client/cluster systems development initiatives, including conceptual, logical and design level architecture; business process analysis; systems analysis and design; purchase, modification and integration of commercial systems; systems integration related to cross-ministry/multi-client systems especially on Peoplesoft In-depth knowledge of HCM platform/application t functional modules within the enterprise HCM system (e.g. PeopleSoft) related to HR and Payroll processes (i.e. core HR, Payroll, Benefits and Benefits Administration, Absence Management, Time and Labour) , Experience to provide specialized PeopleSoft HCM Technical expertise in leading the design and build of the technical solutions for the OPS PeopleSoft HCM project; Provided options, recommendation and analysis to support HCM system Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; organizational, creativity and perseverance skills; Developing architectural solutions to meet complex, multi-year plans, spanning multiple internal and external stakeholders and broadly defined business objectives, to research and recommend innovative systems architecture alternative and integration strategies Strong experience to resolve significant integration and technical issues to address multiple systems/applications’ linkages; research and recommend innovative systems architecture alternative and integration strategies especially on HCM PeopleSoft Must Have Skills: Experience leading technical teams to perform technical analysis , design, and implementation for entire project lifecycle In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 upgrades Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 suite with respect to Fluid and Classic Plus user interface
Requirements
