About The Position

Cascade Medical (CM) is seeking a full-time Clinical Informatics Technician to join their Quality team. This role is responsible for the build, configuration, testing, and ongoing maintenance of Cascade Medical's Meditech Expanse clinical applications, including Patient Care, Provider, Ambulatory, Order Management, and Emergency Department Management. The position translates clinical workflow requirements into accurate system configurations and ensures the system functions as intended. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring a pre-employment drug screen.

Requirements

Experience with Meditech Expanse clinical applications.
Ability to translate clinical workflow requirements into system configurations.
Understanding of how to build and ensure system functionality.
Ability to work occasional after-hours or weekend work during system updates or go-live periods.
Ability to provide onsite support in clinical care settings.
Must be able to work with the Pacific Standard Time zone if remote.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, including testing for THC.

Responsibilities

Build, configuration, testing, and ongoing maintenance of Cascade Medical's Meditech Expanse clinical applications (Patient Care, Provider, Ambulatory, Order Management, and Emergency Department Management).
Translate clinical workflow requirements into accurate, tested, and documented system configurations.
Serve as the technical counterpart to clinical informatics, ensuring the system is built and functions correctly.
