About The Position

In the role of Technical Application/Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, performing schedule integrity checks, coordinating with Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) teams, identifying cross-project dependencies and risks, and delivering accurate reporting to support program alignment and execution.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in healthcare payer program management.
• Bachelor's degree in BA or BS
• Proven/extensive experience in a large-scale integrated healthcare system with focus on Veterans healthcare and outreach.
• U.S. Citizenship or naturalized citizenship is required for this position.
• All work on all positions at Signature Performance must be completed in the continental United States, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules across CCN NG, VFMP, and EDI initiatives using MS Project.
• Perform schedule integrity checks and validate schedules against commitments and resource constraints.
• Coordinate with Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) teams to ensure alignment across enterprise schedules.
• Identify and manage cross-project dependencies and risks, providing mitigation recommendations.
