About The Position

This role involves supporting customers and sales teams by performing application trials, providing technical support, and assisting with product development. The engineer will work in office and laboratory environments, requiring travel approximately 25% of the time.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering or related field.
• 0-2 years experience in technical sales facing and application support role/environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong customer service skills.
• Must possess strong organizational skills, and a professional demeanor with a high energy level and the ability to adapt effectively in a dynamic changing environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications required.

Responsibilities

• Perform dispensing application trials using company's existing products, ensuring proposed system meets customer’s requirements.
• Write test reports highlighting results, settings, final equipment list, and related notes.
• Communicate with customers regarding technical and product issues.
• Support customers in installation, training, and troubleshooting, whether in-person or virtually.
• Aid with providing product training to all sales groups with focus on top products.
• Help coordinate customer problem resolution with engineering, customer service, sales, R&D, Quality Assurance and other personnel.
• Help review technical content of product manuals, technical support information and sales brochures.
