About The Position

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Jupyter Notebooks, EMR workflows, Hive data structures, AWS services, and data pipelines, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance for analytics users and engineering teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in technical support, troubleshooting, and system operations
  • Proficiency with AWS services including EMR, S3, EC2, IAM, Lambda, CloudWatch
  • Experience with Python, Jupyter, Hive, SQL, and data management
  • Knowledge of Linux/UNIX, shell scripting, and system health checks
  • Experience with monitoring and incident management tools
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder support skills

Responsibilities

  • Support and troubleshoot Jupyter Notebooks, EMR workflows, and Hive data structures
  • Utilize Python, AWS services, and SQL for incident resolution and system monitoring
  • Monitor batch jobs, data pipelines, and system health
  • Document solutions, best practices, and support routine maintenance activities
  • Collaborate with users and engineering teams to improve operations and ensure compliance
