Requirements

Prior experience in a dedicated customer support or related client-facing role with a strong customer-centric mindset.
Degree or coursework in technology, business, accounting, or a related discipline.
Adept at working with AI-powered tools, virtual assistants, or chatbots, including clear prompting skills.
Intermediate proficiency with Google Workspace and a passion for mastering software solutions.
Strong problem-solving abilities paired with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Basic exposure to SQL.
Demonstrated experience building AI automations
Background in accounting, construction, or construction accounting.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems or Vista software.
A natural knack for technology, often being the go-to person for solving technical challenges.

Responsibilities

Provide essential enterprise support by diagnosing and resolving complex application issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Coordinate and streamline critical escalations, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams for timely resolutions.
Leverage and master AI-powered support tools and LLMs to optimize daily workflows and support tasks while strictly maintaining data confidentiality.
Act as a trusted application expert, empowering customers to fully utilize and succeed with our software ecosystem.
