About The Position

The Applications Support Manager serves as a strategic liaison between the Platform Support team and other internal business departments, ensuring optimal use, administration, and oversight of key operational applications. This role is responsible for fostering strong cross-functional relationships, driving operational efficiency, and supporting the effective use of systems. This is a Remote position with some travel (10-25%). In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $105,000.00 to $110,000.00, exclusive of bonuses and benefits. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • 7+ years of proven experience in application support, relationship management, or operations.
  • Experience within a financial services or technology environment is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the listed applications and their role in operational workflows strongly preferred: eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, Holistiplan, Nitrogen/Riskalyze.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Support Org functionality
  • Experience with Workday preferred
  • Strong experience leveraging AI tools and platforms to drive business outcomes and optimize workflows.
  • Requirements include: ability to design and implement AI-enhanced processes, evaluate and recommend AI solutions for business challenges, understand AI ethics and bias considerations, train team members on AI tool adoption, and stay current with emerging AI technologies.
  • Experience with prompt engineering, AI model evaluation, and understanding of AI limitations and risks is essential.
  • As AI technology evolves, continued learning and adaptation to new AI tools and methodologies will be expected.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact between Platform Support and Central Wealth Solutions/Advanced Planning team for assigned applications. Applications include, but are not limited to: eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, Holistiplan, Nitrogen/Riskalyze.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Central Wealth Solutions and Advanced Planning stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities.
  • Facilitate regular check-ins and feedback loops to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee day-to-day administration of applications assigned (eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, Holistiplan, Nitrogen/Riskalyze and others)
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot issues, manage updates, and ensure system reliability.
  • Monitor application performance and usage to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Partner with Central Wealth Solutions and Advanced Planning teams to streamline workflows and improve system utilization.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices for supported applications.
  • Support onboarding and training efforts for new users and teams.
  • Ensure applications are used in accordance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and data governance standards.
  • Assist in audits, data integrity checks, and compliance reporting as needed.
  • Participate in or lead projects related to application enhancements, integrations, or transitions.
  • Coordinate testing, deployment, and communication of changes impacting Operations.
