About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking an Application Support Engineer for an Onsite contract opportunity with a Global Financial Institution in Pennington, NJ. This role involves collaborating with business and development teams to troubleshoot and resolve application issues reported from the field. The ideal candidate will use their knowledge of Splunk, React.js, and .NET to provide effective technical support.

Requirements

• Proven experience with React.js
• Strong knowledge of .NET Core
• Familiarity with using Co-pilot

• Experience in an application support role
• Knowledge of Splunk

Responsibilities

• Work with business users and development teams to address application issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems reported from the field
• Utilize monitoring and UI technologies to investigate and support applications
