Requirements

Strong analytical and follow-up skills along with the ability to mult i -task and work under dynamic conditions with encouraged autonomy
Experience with end user Technical Support for software applications, SQL, and CSV/Fixed file format review
BS degree in a technical discipline or equivalent related experience

Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve software application, data transfer, and connectivity issues, ensuring smooth service and product experiences for customers.
Effectively multi-task customer cases, ensuring documentation of all case-related activities, and communicating updates to both customers and account managers.
Capture recurring technical issues to improve product quality initiatives and craft user-friendly documentation for technical and non-technical users.
Engage in enhancement opportunities to boost efficiency and promptly address incidents to expedite resolution.
Answer any questions that may arise from customers such as offer ing simple training for functionality setup and collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional team s to handle technical issues and drive ongoing product enhancements.
