The Application Specialist 2 is a senior inside technical support role with a primary focus on sanitary and hygienic valve applications. This role is inside / office-based, highly customer-facing, and deeply involved in ERP, quoting, and order accuracy. It does not perform field installation or service work. Application Specialist 2 team members spend a significant portion of their time supporting customers by phone and email, while partnering closely with inside sales and internal teams. CSI provides state-of-the-art stainless-steel process equipment and service for manufacturers in the food, dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical, and personal care industries.
