About The Position

The Application Software Engineer will be responsible for developing applications (Windows and web based) for process automation and standardization. This role involves collecting and authoring requirements for processes and tools, designing and documenting automated data analysis pipelines, and documenting data sources used in the analysis. The engineer will also develop and maintain a timing plan for these topics, maintain meeting minutes and schedules of tasks, and create and maintain PowerBI visualization reports. Assistance with other tasks as needed and determined by management is also expected.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other relevant field
Programming experience in an object oriented language. C# preferred.
Practical knowledge of visualization tools, such as Excel or PowerBI
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
Interpersonal and organizational skills - must work well in a team
Excellent English (oral and written) communication skills – must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in person, conference calls and in writing
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
