The Senior Interface Analyst provides application and integration system support and is responsible for collaborating with business, clinical, operational, and technical personnel to identify, analyze, prioritize, develop, test, monitor, and resolve system and interface needs. This position serves as a technical resource for healthcare application integration, Epic Bridges, Corepoint interface engine support, HL7 messaging, data flow analysis, interface development, interface monitoring, and ongoing maintenance of clinical and business system integrations. The Senior Interface Analyst will evaluate use cases, workflows, message specifications, error trends, and operational metrics to configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize interfaces and related application workflows. This individual will provide recommendations for interface modifications, system enhancements, integration improvements, or business process changes as appropriate. This position requires extensive knowledge of operational processes and workflows common in the healthcare setting, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, and advanced computer and technical skills. The individual must have broad knowledge of application integration, healthcare data exchange, interface engine functionality, EMR data flow, and support of EMR, healthcare, and/or business applications.
