About The Position

CACI is seeking a Windows System/Application Administrator to join our growing team at the Shared Services Center in Oklahoma City. You will be supporting our organization by addressing hardware and software infrastructure issues, configuring servers, and deploying updates in a multi-level environment including custom developed software applications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in an IT discipline and 5 years of experience or equivalent related work experience.
  • Proficient in Oracle WebLogic Administration
  • Proven work experience in Microsoft Systems Administration and IIS configuration
  • Experience working in a segmented network environment requiring firewall rule configurations
  • Experience in database administration (MS SQL Server, Oracle Database, PostgreSQL)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in RedHat Linux, Tomcat, and JBoss administration
  • Experience with or at least a basic understanding of Oracle OCI environment, Oracle Data Guard, Oracle RAC, and Oracle Client tools
  • Experience with monitoring tools and logging tools like Splunk

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate and contribute to a fast-paced and dynamic team as it provides quality customer service and corporate accountability.
  • Provides day to day administrative/technical/environmental support for several enterprise systems: Multi-tier Applications including Application Server (WebLogic, Tomcat, IIS), Database support, and Web services on Windows Servers.
  • Provides support to technical/development teams on development projects, software customizations and serving as liaison with software authors for timely resolution.
  • Responsible for troubleshooting/maintaining/configuring multi-tier application environments consisting of Development, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production levels.
  • Perform root cause analysis for issue resolution and prevention.
  • Troubleshoot environmental/performance issues.
  • Work with third party software vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Complete commercial off-the-shelf application installations, configurations, and implementations.
  • Deploy application code changes as provided by application vendor & internal developers while maintaining stringent change control parameters.
  • Creates, updates, and closes tickets in company ticketing system in accordance with SLA agreements.
  • Provides support documentation for all of the applications/servers that are supported by the team.
  • Applies security patches, application upgrades, and operating system upgrades to ensure the security and integrity of the production environment.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with IT infrastructure including applications, servers, storage and network connectivity.
