Configure and support Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and Mobile Connect (SMS) Assist with SMS enablement, including short code acquisition support, keyword configuration, opt-in/opt-out management, and compliance alignment Develop automated journeys, triggered sends, and scheduled communications across email and SMS Build and maintain data extensions, SQL queries, and audience segmentation Implement dynamic and personalized content using AMP script Support integrations between Marketing Cloud and State of Maryland systems Troubleshoot campaign, SMS, data, and automation issues Follow State of Maryland governance, security, privacy, and approval processes Produce basic technical documentation and support knowledge transfer Adhere to all security, change control, and Project Management Office (PMO) policies, processes, and methodologies.
