About The Position

Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a VS Code platform Engineer. This is a contract position with a duration of 18 months, located in Jersey City, New Jersey, requiring 3 days onsite. As a Senior VSCode Extension Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain Visual Studio Code extensions to enhance developer productivity and support enterprise development workflows.

Requirements

• Must have strong experience in VSCode Extension Development.
• Must have hands-on experience in C#, Node.js, and Python.
• Experience integrating extensions with custom Source Control Systems.
• Experience working with Virtual File Systems and IDE workflows.
• Strong understanding of VSCode Extension APIs, Workspace Management, and performance optimization.
