Serve as the technical liaison for highly valued customers, translating their drawings, specifications, and requests into product solutions that meet both customer and business needs. Understand customer applications to establish tests and procedures for qualifying products and optimizing tools. Proactively identify opportunities to bring value to the customer while driving profitable growth. Act as the subject matter expert in Motors and Drives at customer sites and serve as the main point of contact between the customer's engineering team and the global engineering team. Support routine product changes, deviations, and sample development. Provide leadership and timely resolution to outstanding customer issues and support basic product tear down analysis of reliability returns for root cause and corrective action development. Lead or support internal qualification efforts on customer impacting design changes and transition projects.
