Responsibilities: Partner directly with customers and sales teams to translate technical requirements into high-impact, application-specific solutions that win and grow business. Act as the technical voice in the room—advising customers, sales, and leadership on product capabilities, applications, and competitive positioning. Lead solution development, including design modifications, application validation, and feasibility analysis to meet customer needs. Drive cross-functional execution with engineering, quality, operations, and commercial teams to deliver solutions from concept through launch. Own and lead technical problem-solving—analyzing field issues, driving root cause, and ensuring fast, effective resolution. Support sales growth by contributing to proposals, technical presentations, and customer engagements that differentiate our capabilities. Identify opportunities for innovation, product improvements, and new applications based on market insights, customer feedback, and technical trends.
