We are seeking an Application Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for production support and associated tasks, including monitoring individual queues, updating tickets according to SLAs, and collaborating with stakeholders to move tickets forward and provide effective resolutions. You will analyze, debug, and troubleshoot software programs and applications, performing timely and accurate fixes for software errors, and participating in software upgrades, revisions, and patches. Maintaining and providing production support for existing systems is a key part of this role, as is engaging with various stakeholders to provide ticket updates. You will also guide developers on issues related to the design, development, and deployment of mission-critical information and software systems, and review the work of development teams. Building and maintaining a document repository with global partners is also expected. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team, including flexibility to support multiple locations when necessary, and possess excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation. You should be able to work independently or as part of a team and provide on-call production support.
