We’re looking for an Application Engineer who thrives on solving complex challenges, mentoring others, and driving technical excellence in power systems and protection schemes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems.
- 4+ years of experience in Protection, Control, and Automation projects.
- Knowledge of Schneider Electric’s LV/MV power systems.
- Advanced knowledge of Power systems and protection schemes.
- Advanced knowledge of Protection relays and relay-based ATO schemes.
- Advanced knowledge of Testing protocols for feeder, transformer, bus differential, arc flash, and motor protection.
- Experience and Proficiency in communication protocols: Modbus, DNP, IEC61850.
- Experience executing complex relay-based ATO schemes over IEC61850.
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% domestically.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with Schneider Electric’s Medium and Low Voltage systems is a plus.

- Design, configure, test, and execute advanced PCA solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
