We’re adding passkey authentication to the logon flow, enabling clients to use less-phishable second-factor challenges when accessing the website and app. We’ll also introduce nudges in the logon experience to encourage passkey setup. The team is also going to build out the brand new passkey enrollment flow in Q2 to enable our clients a seamless way to enroll. In addition, we’re enhancing the Logon application’s resiliency to achieve 99.99%+ availability, ensuring clients can access their accounts whenever they want. The team also supports Step Up Service, a micro front-end integrated into high-risk journeys on the PI website to confirm user identity. In 2026, we’ll expand this service with new functionality, including Mobile Approve challenges, two-way texting, and ID proofing. It will also be added to more journeys on PI site.
