Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Physics or Electrical Engineering required; advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience with E-Beam technology (EBT – e-beam test tools) is highly desirable.
  • Strong foundation in electronics and physics, with the ability to apply concepts to complex electrical test challenges.
  • Experience with semiconductor equipment, inspection, or metrology systems preferred.
  • Familiarity with advanced electrical testing methodologies and evolving EBT technologies and use cases.
  • Ability to ramp on complex tools and systems within approximately 6–9 months.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in customer-facing roles within demanding fab environments.
  • Strong communication skills and experience serving as a local, on-site technical interface with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical interface with customers, ensuring clear communication of requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer applications, identify gaps, and drive solutions through implementation.
  • Lead complex application activities, including system evaluations, demos, and beta-site execution.
  • Own and support execution against Statements of Work (SOW) and project schedules.
  • Define and implement application support strategies for system installation and performance optimization.
  • Drive adoption and application of E-Beam Test (EBT) technology, including new use cases and advanced electrical test capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transfer new technologies and capabilities into customer environments.
  • Lead technical reviews and provide ongoing support to ensure customer success in high-pressure semiconductor manufacturing environments.
