About The Position

We are one of the world's leading developers of high-performance CAD/CAM solutions with over 30 years of experience. Our innovative CAD/CAM technologies ensure significantly higher performance in the programming process and set international standards in machining production. We develop software used to produce high-end products like mountain bikes, artificial hips, and smartphones, controlling CNC machines with the highest standards for performance and part quality.

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of Manufacturing (machine tool operator, precision mechanic, toolmaker, mechanical engineer) and/or CNC programming experience of multiple parts, materials, and metal removing processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of CNC machining, CNC control systems, and CNC machine tools.
  • Knowledge of CAD/CAM software.
  • Experience with milling and turning machines (multi-axis preferred).
  • Proficient in using and troubleshooting software applications.
  • Strong GD&T (Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing) knowledge.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office Tools, familiarity with Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
  • Strong organizational, time management skills and resilience to manage and prioritize multiple support requests and projects/missions.
  • Self-motivated individual who demonstrates independence and is highly goal-oriented.
  • Enthusiasm for innovative technologies and solutions.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Flexibility to travel domestically, and travel internationally occasionally.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding technical and sales support to customers, clients, dealers, and partners.
  • Demonstrate technical expertise in the pre-sales phase by asking appropriate questions and providing relevant examples of solutions to manufacturing challenges.
  • Manage the client experience through comprehensive post-sales training to empower customers as proficient software users.
  • Resolve complex technical issues while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and increase revenue.
  • Stay informed about market trends, align with schedules, and ensure timely fulfillment of commitments.
