About The Position

The internship is to give a college student the opportunity to see all aspects of the way an Agile development team at FNB builds out and supports internal systems. The student would be embedded into the team and work on various projects to support the performance management system, the special assets system and/or the commercial loan originations system. The intern will be mentored by Senior Developers on the team. In the Role of application development intern, the intern enhances their programing skills. The intern will be assigned to tasks in Web Development, ETL Development, Big Data Development or Analytics development, depending on the intern’s skills/desires and task availability.

Requirements

  • Needs to be officially enrolled in an undergraduate bachelor program with a major in areas such as Finance, Accounting, Marketing or Information Technology

Responsibilities

  • Participate in all Agile Ceremonies
  • Interact the appropriate parties to refine requirements
  • Develop web code, etl, or analytics that will go into production.
  • Ensure code and work items and properly documented
  • Learn and follow the system development lifecycle
