About The Position
This role involves analyzing information requirements and formulating action plans, writing, testing, and debugging computer software, and accessing and reporting data as needed. The Application Developer will also assist in and execute project schedules, ensure installed software systems are properly maintained, and provide timely end-user support. Occasional travel to other Musco locations is required.
Requirements
- A minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Effective experience with computer programming languages and software development
- 4+ years of software development experience in a work environment or demonstrated aptitude
- Experience working the full life cycle of project requests, including gathering requirements, developing solutions, testing, implementing, and maintaining
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work with legacy systems and code
- Ability to work with some self-direction while collaborating with the team
- A commitment to working with data in a confidential manner
Nice To Haves
- Experience with D365 Field Services, F&O, and CRM is a plus
