As an Application Developer within Anaplan's Workforce Center of Excellence, you will design and deliver out-of-the-box and extensible applications on the Anaplan platform that support workforce planning, forecasting, and analysis across industries. This includes position, role, and skill-based planning, as well as resource supply, demand, gap, and capacity planning at both operational and strategic levels. Working closely with Workforce Product Management, Application Solutions Architects, and cross-functional Application teams, including Finance and Supply Chain, you will develop integrated planning solutions tha t levera ge Anaplan Intelligence and the latest platform innovations. You will also partner with Go-to-Market and Professional Services teams to ensure customers and partners fully realize the value and capabilities of these applications. This role combines excellent collaboration skills, deep understanding of Workforce use cases, the Anaplan platform, Model Builder expertise , and an innovative mindset combined with strong attention to detail and deadlines.

Requirements

3+ years of diverse experience as an Anaplan Model Builder, deploying Workforce, Finance, or Operational use cases.
At least Level 3 Certification.
Able to bring an engineering discipline to Anaplan applications - ensuring scalability, configurable functionality and the ability to manage your application build activities through to completion and delivery.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and knowledge-sharing skills, with a results-driven perspective, able to collaborate across teams, with a focus on contributing deliverables of the highest possible quality and impact.
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

Master Anaplanner preferred.
Experience with some of the wider facets of the Anaplan platform (Workflow and Polaris, etc ).
Understanding of product management, GTM operations, and enablement.
Advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Build and deliver Workforce Applications by leveraging the suite of Anaplan platform components (including model and UX building, user management, data integration, reporting, etc.)
Partnering with Workforce Product Management to ensure application requirements are understood and documented, updating as required.
Designing and building the application and UX to meet requirements, working with Solution Architects where the requirements are complex
Ensuring the user experience developed meets UX standards, is intuitive, and easy to use.
Participating in quality assurance, updating and refining as needed, through successful delivery.
Upgrading applications with new Anaplan platform capabilities and features, as driven by prospects, customers and partner feedback.
Partner with Center of Excellence Advisors, Product Management, Professional Services and GTM Enablement Teams to ensure the Workforce COE delivers: Compelling conceptual demos and all supporting content including training and guides.
Full configuration and implementation of content, documentation, and best practices to Anaplan’s delivery Teams.
Ongoing Workforce Application improvements and optimizations.
Act as a trusted internal and external knowledge expert for your Workforce Applications.
Potentially support Sales and Customer success with prospect and customer opportunities and escalations, including enabling Anaplan partners.
