About The Position

The project involves the Strategic Modernization of OCSS Web and the Conversion of Mainframe processes into OCSS Web, utilizing a .NET Framework-based web application. This includes developing a Case Management System for CLU (Centralized Locate Unit) to efficiently manage caseloads, a Case Management for Enforcement system to identify work assignments and streamline referral assignments, and track aging requests and priority changes. Additionally, it involves a Parent Support Program (PSP) Participant Tracking System to help PSP Resources Coordinators track NCPs participating in the program and provide progress reports to the court. The Child Support Snapshot (CSS) will provide Community Based Organizations (CBOs) with tools to assist NCPs with their Child Support cases. The Automated Mailing System (AMS) aims to automate the manual process of printing and mailing court documents to the Custodial Parent (CP)/Assignor and Noncustodial Parent (NCP)/Respondent in non-e-Filed support cases. The project also encompasses work on OCSE Web legacy (CSTrack), designing specifications for fetching and processing data from Court Messages, implementing custom applications, generating reports, and ensuring timely execution of scheduled jobs.

Requirements

A minimum of 6 years of experience with Microsoft .Net programming using ASP .Net & C#.
Design and implementation of complex queries and stored procedures written in Microsoft SQL while ensuring that the procedure script is efficient.
Proficiency in HTML, XML, AJAX & JavaScript.
Expertise in building applications in a n-tier architecture using object-oriented methodologies.
Expertise in writing Oracle Stored Procedures & functions.
Angular Framework and maintain components for all functions.
Data retrieval skills Material View, View, and CI/CD processes.
SSRS Report generate, and Job process maintains.

Responsibilities

Defining and designing the high-level structure of software systems, including components, integrations, and data flow.
Collaborating with developers, external teams, and business owners to ensure system performance.
Designing and creating data model diagrams for requirement workflows, and structured diagrams for system integrations.
Creating detailed, structured documents that describe all aspects of a software system, including its architecture, components, functionality, and interactions.
Providing comprehensive operational documentation of how the system is built and operates for troubleshooting, system maintenance, onboarding new team members, and ensuring continuity of knowledge.
Working with team members to write clean, efficient, and maintainable software systems by translating business requirements into technical solutions, following best practices and security guidelines.
Creating unit, integration, system, and user acceptance testing to ensure correctness and reliability.
Generating reports, audit trails/logs, and security mechanisms.
Occasionally contacting business owners as needed to clarify the intent of a new feature or resolve a problem.
Gathering and analyzing business needs, user requirements, and system constraints.
Evaluating requirements for feasibility, clarity, and alignment with business objectives.
Reviewing documented requirements with business to confirm accuracy and completeness.
Obtaining formal approval before proceeding with system design.
Prioritizing requirements based on importance, complexity, and impact on operations.
Translating requirements into functional specifications for the development team.
Monitoring system performance, fixing bugs, and implementing improvements for optimization, performance, scalability, and long-term reliability.
Identifying and resolving bugs, errors, and performance issues.
Deploying, configuring, and integrating systems with existing applications and databases.
Documenting technical specifications, system designs, databases, data flows, workflows, and integration points.
Developing system documentation.
Designing specifications and configuration for Oracle and SQL databases, Web API, Angular, system integration, and software security.
Reviewing system performance and ensuring that all technical solutions align with organizational goals and operational requirements and security standards.
Designing and developing the overall structure and framework of software systems so they are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business requirements, software standards, and best practices.
