Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field of study plus five (5) years of related experience required.
  • Master's degree and two (2) years of related experience accepted.
  • Two (2) years of experience must include: C#.NET; SharePoint Framework development; PowerShell Scripting; React.js; Azure (functions, Keyvault, logic apps etc); Power Apps; Power Automate; SharePoint Online; REST API development; Jenkins; Bitbucket; TypeScript; Visual Studio Code; HTML/CSS; Javascript; Jquery; Node.js; GIT; SonarQube; Postman; Graph API; Visual Studio; Object Oriented Programming; and MVC Architecture.

  • Responsible for designing and developing the application/modules based on business and system requirements.
  • Work closely with the product owners and stakeholders to understand the requirements and ensure the project is aligned with business objectives.
  • Work closely with the Architecture team to ensure architectural integrity and product quality of software application.
  • Participate in quality assurance process through unit testing and bug fixes to ensure bug free products are released by following unit, integration, functional and regression testing.
  • Ensure all work conforms to ADP's software development lifecycle process.
  • Understand requirement specifications and design documents supplied by Product Owners and convert business needs into technical solutions.
  • Project requirements gathering through business analysis and workflow design approach involving stakeholders, functional design and workflow modeling.
  • Create and construct programming systems that meet specific performance requirements, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and readily available for enterprise use.
  • Collect and analyze project metrics and generate reports to facilitate informed decision making.
  • Collaborate with product owners and technical leads to anticipate and address stakeholder expectations, manage project timelines, facilitate user communication, identify and mitigate project risks, ensure quality reviews.
  • Ensure that the code is well documented and follows industry best practices in development such as effective error handling, comprehensive logging and clear commenting to make it easily understandable.
  • Architect solutions and design systems to provide solutions to business requirements.
