At Intelliforce, we build mission software for environments where adaptability, speed, and technical depth matter every day. In this role, you will work as both a reverse engineer and a general-purpose CNO software engineer, helping design, develop, prototype, modify, and integrate solutions that deliver mission-focused results. You will support both quick-reaction operational needs and longer development efforts, working closely with analysts, operators, data scientists, and other engineers to turn complex mission needs into real capabilities. This role gives you the chance to work across the full problem set, not only one slice of it. You will reverse engineer, develop software, build prototypes, support fielded systems, and provide technical guidance across different products and technologies. The work is fast-moving, varied, and closely tied to real mission outcomes. It is a strong fit for an engineer who likes solving hard problems, working across teams, and building tools that have to perform in real operational environments. At Intelliforce, your work is visible and your technical judgment matters. Because we support prime programs, our teams stay close to meaningful mission work with real momentum. Because we are a small business, leadership is accessible, communication is direct, and strong engineering gets noticed. Add in long-term stability, strong benefits, and a people-first culture, and this becomes more than another reverse engineering role. It is a chance to build and improve capabilities that support the mission now, not someday.
