About The Position

PIPESTONE is seeking an Application Developer & Database Manager to build, enhance, and support business applications and technology solutions for the organization. The role focuses primarily on application development in a Microsoft technology environment, with additional responsibilities in database design, optimization, and performance management. The position is based in Pipestone, Minnesota, or Brandon, South Dakota.

Requirements

• Experience with .NET Framework/.NET Core application development.
• Strong Microsoft SQL Server and database development skills.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and application lifecycle management.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

Nice To Haves

• Microsoft Azure development experience.
• Modern web development technologies.
• SSIS and SSRS experience.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
• ERP implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support applications using .NET Framework and .NET Core.
• Build APIs, integrations, and process automation solutions.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to deliver technology solutions.
• Improve application performance, security, and scalability.
• Support SQL Server databases, reporting, and data integrations.
• Optimize queries, stored procedures, SSIS, and SSRS solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and database issues.
