Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer including Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabilities Position Summary In this role, you will develop and support integrations between business systems while reviewing and hardening user-facing applications, including applications produced through AI-assisted development. You will also serve as a hands-on leader of Healthcare Realty’s software development lifecycle (SDLC), helping establish practical standards and coordinating their consistent use across application initiatives. Working closely with IT leadership, developers, project managers, business stakeholders, security, infrastructure, and other technical resources, you will guide applications from initial requirements through design, development, testing, approval, deployment, and ongoing support. Success in this role requires the ability to influence teams without relying solely on formal authority, identify and remove process gaps, and perform the detailed work necessary to keep applications moving through the lifecycle. You will ensure applications are reliable, maintainable, secure, appropriately documented, and ready for deployment in cloud-hosted environments such as Azure Web Apps and related Azure services. This role reports to the Application Architect within the Tech Services organization.
