About The Position

BJC is seeking an Application Delivery I Engineer for a remote position. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service abilities, and effective communication skills. Key qualifications include experience with Service Now, Windows 10/11 administration, and Microsoft Azure. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Reviews critical tickets/incidents for lower levels to ensure accuracy and quality. Independently handles complex critical tickets/incidents.
  • Designs and coordinates implementation, analysis, testing and debugging of technical systems and configurations within assigned area.
  • Provides guidance and support to end-users to enhance system use.
  • Prepares and maintains technical documentation to assist with ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of systems.
  • Installs, maintains, upgrades, and tunes systems.
