The Radiotherapy Application Consultant will be responsible for training and supporting core products in IGRT/SGRT and Treatment planning, focusing on image processing, software enrichment, and planning. The role involves maximizing product portfolio penetration, maintaining transparency of the install base, and working with sales teams to implement upgrade paths. The consultant will document projects, update clinical usage reports, and promote regional meetings. Key responsibilities include becoming proficient in On-Site Applications Training (OAT) Courses for Exactrac, acting as a certified expert for elements and Exactrac, and providing post-installation support. The role requires visiting all Brainlab Radiotherapy accounts in the region a minimum of three times per year to maximize utilization and understanding of platform usage by indication. The consultant will also serve as a liaison for RT peer-to-peer discussions, lead software update installations, and support the Regional Marketing Manager by acquiring information for marketing projects and providing feedback on product development. Additionally, the role involves meeting salesforce.com documentation expectations, assisting in market transparency, supporting pre-sales activities as an Application Expert, and being proficient in quotebase configuration. The consultant will coordinate or assist in customer visitations, take responsibility for product demonstrations, and assist sales in presentations for key accounts. A focus will be placed on penetrating global top 300 target accounts. The role requires timely completion of projects, establishing close relationships with radiotherapy users, identifying underutilized applications, and developing action plans. The consultant will also facilitate publication of studies/presentations, develop and manage the install base for their region, and assist in coordinating training courses, including pre-sales training for prospective customers. The Application Consultant will act as a Brainlab expert for sales counterparts and maintain courteous communication with all customers and stakeholders.
