Summary The principal role of the PAI architect is to be a liaison between the customer and our Abacus partners and make sure the end-to-end solution for each client/project is fully supported with no gaps. This is product delivery, tailored to each client project. We assess and modify standard assets based on specific project needs. Most of the technical work is done through our vendor partner Abacus. We also have MDP which is fully Gainwell supported.

Requirements

  • Delivery Oversight – Owns the technical delivery of the product for multiple project in cooperation with the Gainwell Project Manager.
  • Communication – being the liaison between our external vendors and our customer as well as our project team and Gainwell management, the role requires strong
  • Teamwork – able to share knowledge and skills with all layers of the Gainwell team
  • Decision making – able to keep projects moving by defining and resolving questions/problems as they arise
  • Knowledge of cloud solutions – understand the boundaries and functionality of our leveraged SaaS solution
  • Process – knowledgeable of Gainwell, vendor and customer processes required to complete project implementations
  • Detailed knowledge of CMS interoperability and Patient Access Final rules CMS 9115, CMS 0057 and associated Implementation Guides.
  • FHIR/HL7 understanding/experience.

Responsibilities

  • Technical project documentation – Creating state specific artifacts such as ADDs, RTMs, data flow diagrams, project guides
  • Support go-live activities – ensure that the above-mentioned documents are completed and approved
  • Security documentation and approvals – ensure that we have the most current Abacus generated security reports SSP and controls need to gain security approval
  • Coordinate the definition of state specific business rules - work with Abacus and state resources to define and resolve anomalies found during data ingestion.
  • SFTP/MFT implementation - we use SFTP to transfer data for all states. We also use the Gainwell corporate MFT solution for many of our states. Need to ensure that these connections are established, documented, and supported.
  • SharePoint management –Three SharePoint sites to help share PHI and non-PHI document with our external vendors. These sites need an owner to provide access management and support responsibilities going forward.
  • Problem resolution and issue management – catch-all for all the unanticipated one-off requests we get to support our solution
