Requirements

8 Years Required Experience: Plans, develops, tests, and documents computer programs, applying knowledge of programming techniques and computer systems.
5 Years Required Experience: Consults with users to identify current operating procedures and clarify program objectives
5 Years Required Experience: Formulates plan outlining steps required to develop programs, using methodologies such as structured analysis and design or object-oriented development.
5 Years Required Experience: Experience in planning and executing tasks independently or in a team setting to accomplish goals.
5 Years Required Experience: Full-time experience in computer programming and/or systems analysis.
5 Years Required Experience: Knowledge of the limitations and capabilities of computer systems and their integration with end user business processes.
5 Years Required Experience: Skills in preparing technical documents of varying complexities for technical and non-technical audiences.
5 Years Required Experience: Skill in working with data automation standards and systems administration technologies
5 Years Required Experience: Skill in analyzing and interpreting agency organizations, business practices, policies and procedures.
