In this role, you will facilitate the successful release of system enhancements/new functionalities from development to production. You will create release processes and documentation to minimize customer impact during changes. You will manage end-to-end UAT activities including test process management, team coordination, and communication of test results. You will lead cross-functional teams to support each Release project plan and post Release/Change review, and coach other PMs. You will work closely with the project team to understand business requirements, review requirement documents to ensure they are testable, and develop test strategy, test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports on multiple projects of varying size. You will create and maintain test data for UAT scripts, and create, maintain, and report UAT metrics including SLAs and KPIs. You will validate that user expectations are achieved during the testing process, document and communicate UAT related risks to Project Management, and coordinate smoke testing, facilitate sales environment planning and PROD refreshes, and review master data flows. You will facilitate triage calls and drive issues to resolution with business partners to get closure on open issues. You will create and maintain overall UAT knowledge, and provide UAT best practices and templates, incorporating lessons learned to improve test planning and execution.

Requirements

Experience managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as a test lead for complex, highly integrated projects
Understanding of test automation framework design models and best practices including type scripting, Playwright
Worked on MCP with AI savy mindset
Solid understanding of project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all organizational levels
Excellent teamwork and ability to influence others (horizontally and vertically) to instill accountability to achieve results
Strong level of customer focus and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and multi-tasking
High level of professionalism, energy, and sense of urgency to “make things happen”
API Automation Testing
8-10 Years of experience

Nice To Haves

Understanding of sales and sales operations processes in consumer channel sales or similar environment is highly preferred
Experience in an Agile environment is a must
Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform is preferred

Responsibilities
