This position is responsible for standard level work supporting Patient Access information technology application(s) through planning, designing, implementing, maintaining, and providing ongoing optimization and support. This position is fully remote | Schedule: Monday - Friday , 8AM-5PM with some on call shifts. Prefer candidates with Patient Access Experience along with Epic Prelude, Cadence & Referrals certification, Authorizations & RTE. The staff Analyst is responsible for providing technical support, configuration, and maintenance for various healthcare applications and their technologies throughout their lifecycle (e.g., selection, implementation, support, archival and decommissioning). The staff analyst may also manage small projects related to these applications and their technologies. As appropriate, the role will maintain necessary certifications (e.g., Epic). Essential functions are performed independently under minimal supervision and direction, caregiver performs standard duties with minimal supervision
