About The Position

This role is responsible for direct support, configuration, and testing of the Timekeeping and Payroll Processing components of the UKG Pro WFM platform based on stakeholder and organizational needs and priorities. This position is fully remote with the possibility of some necessary travel once yearly. Experience in Payroll, UKG Pro WFM or related Kronos application, Atlassian Tools (JIRA, Confluence), experience in unit / acceptance testing and configuration release life cycles is desired. The role is an individual contributor role that involves team collaboration. It participates in the implementation of application modules and configures low to medium complexity applications. The analyst manages simple projects utilizing standard business process design, testing, and deployment, and may be involved in more complex projects with supervision. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving issues related to system functionality, providing timely and effective support to functional end users, and conducting routine system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance. Collaboration with Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance, Supply Chain, and other teams is expected to identify and implement system improvements and enhancements. The role supports minor configuration and process builds and facilitates training sessions for operation trainers on system-related functionality. The position requires moderate functional domain and technical experience in financial management, supply chain, enterprise resource planning, human resource management, or timekeeping/scheduling systems, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The analyst will create and maintain system documentation and user guides, and provide day-to-day operational maintenance and support to functional business areas. This includes performing operations systems tasks and maintenance as assigned, and participating in process consultations. The role may be involved in the development of reports or integrations with supervision. The analyst consults and actively works with business areas and project teams to assess needs for various business functions and collaborates with peers to create technical design documentation, executing on system and process solutions. The role is responsible for testing, including but not limited to patch or service pack testing, defect research, general testing, and deployment support, following standard testing methodologies.

Requirements

  • Proficient knowledge of financial management, enterprise resource planning, human resource management, or timekeeping/scheduling systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Demonstrates knowledge of financial management, enterprise resource planning, human resource management, or timekeeping/scheduling systems.
  • 2+ years of experience working in a Business or Applications Analyst role.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Payroll, UKG Pro WFM or related Kronos application, Atlassian Tools (JIRA, Confluence), experience in unit / acceptance testing and configuration release life cycles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience working with Workday ERP, UKG Workforce Pro, or Strata.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Understanding of business and healthcare operations.
